Terms of Service

By booking a place with Velocity Kids Camps, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your payment.

1. Operating Hours and Late Fees

• Standard Day: 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday. Children must be dropped off and picked up promptly.
• Late Pick-Up Fee: A fee of £10 per 15 minutes applies for children picked up after 16:30 to cover emergency staff overheads.

2. Staffing Ratios and Grouping

We maintain strict safety ratios of 1:12 for standard groups and approximately 1:3 for SEND campers. Children are divided into age-appropriate cohorts.

3. Medical, Behaviour, and Safeguarding

• Medical Disclosure: Parents must declare all medical conditions, allergies, and behavioural needs via our booking form prior to the camp start date.
• Medication: We can only administer prescribed medication if a signed medical authorization form is provided on day one.
• Behaviour Policy: We reserve the right to exclude any child whose behaviour poses a direct safety risk to themselves, other children, or our staff. No refunds will be issued in the event of exclusion due to behaviour.
• Safeguarding & Safety: In partnership with Winton Primary School, we operate a fully risk-assessed, secure environment. All staff are completely vetted, Enhanced DBS checked, and trained in UK Safeguarding Level 2 protocols.

4. Liability

Velocity Kids Camps holds comprehensive Public Liability and Employer's Liability Insurance. We do not accept liability for personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during the camp.
