Refund Policy

Because we must book venue facilities at Winton Primary School, hire specialized childcare and sports staff, and purchase creative resources in advance based on booking numbers, we operate a strict refund policy.

1. Cancellations by the Parent

• More than 14 days before camp start (Before July 13, 2026): You are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% administrative and payment processing fee.
• Between 7 and 14 days before camp start (July 13 to July 20, 2026): You are eligible for a 50% refund, or a 100% credit account transfer to a future camp date (subject to availability).
• Less than 7 days before camp start (After July 20, 2026): No refunds or credits can be issued, as staff and resources will have already been legally contracted and paid for.

2. Illness and Absence

No refunds or partial credits can be given for individual days missed due to general illness, holidays, or minor scheduling conflicts. If your child has a long-term medical condition supported by a doctor's note that prevents attendance for the entire duration, please contact us directly to discuss options.

3. Cancellation by Velocity Kids Camps

In the highly unlikely event that we have to cancel a specific day or the entire camp due to school facility emergencies or force majeure, you will receive a 100% full refund for the affected days within 5-7 working days via Stripe.
