• Child Information: Name, date of birth, gender, school year group, medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) details.
• Payment Data: Financial transactions are securely processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your raw credit or debit card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this data strictly to:

• Process and confirm your camp bookings and payments.
• Ensure the safety, medical care, and appropriate staff-to-child ratios (including 1:3 SEND ratios) while your child is in our care.
• Contact you in the event of an emergency.
• Send you essential updates regarding the camp timeline (e.g., timings, daily schedules).

3. Data Sharing and Security

We will never sell your data. We only share information with third parties necessary to run our camp safely:

• Winton Primary School: Shared only as required for facility management, safeguarding, or emergency purposes.
• Stripe / Payment Processors: To securely handle payment transactions.
• Medical Professionals: In the event of a medical emergency.

4. Data Retention and Your Rights

We retain child safety, attendance, and safeguarding logs for the legally required period under UK child protection laws. You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data, subject to these legal holding periods.
